Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the Vice President of Prof. Services to develop and implement a marketing plan to grow and diversify ISE’s Professional Services business
  • Support the ongoing marketing efforts through industry contacts and engagement
  • Grow ISE’s Prof. Services business through the acquisition of new clients and through expanding existing client relationships
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and aligning client needs with resource capacity
  • Provide ongoing client relationship management for existing clients
  • Manage and track the Prof. Services sales forecast and pipeline activities with salesforce.com

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of ten years of overall experience
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a sales, marketing or business development role in a professional services organization
  • Exceptional customer management skills
  • Strong prospecting and deal closing abilities
  • Proven ability to manage and grow service revenue
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a strategic or solution selling model
  • Strong communications skills both verbal and written
  • Able to consult with clients and understand their needs
  • Experience with software engineering and development lifecycle
  • Solid market and industry knowledge
  • Strategic sales planning experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Skills:

  • Transportation / Trucking industry experience
  • Experience with custom software development
  • Working knowledge of Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, IoT/Telematic or Mobile Computing
  • Previous leadership experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies technical core competencies for Practice and assesses current team’s abilities in those core competencies
  • Defines and executes plan to develop technical core competencies
  • Manages team as it relates to growth, performance and team interactions

ISE Fleet Services leverages decades of transportation technology expertise to offer a configurable end-to-end solution to manage drivers hours-of-service and vehicle maintenance compliance, which results in operating a safer, more profitable operation. 

This position, as part of the Client Services team, strategically maintains and develops relationships with customers.  The Client Support Representative represents the entire range of the company products and services to assigned customers, while leading and being responsible for the customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help on-board new clients and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively and regularly assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Receive incoming phone calls and emails and process the requests with a focus on delivering high quality customer support for our products and services

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, various browsers and other desktop applications
