Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Modifying existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware or to improve its performance
  • Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation
  • Conferring with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
  • Analyzing user needs and requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints

Education/Experience (any combination of the following):

  • C, C++, C# and/or .Net technologies
  • Strong Java experience, Scala experience a plus
  • Big Data – experience with Hadoop, including HDFS, MapReduce, Sqoop, Oozie and Hive
  • Spring Framework experience including Spring Integration
  • Android/iOS
  • Cloud experience (Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field

ISE Fleet Services leverages decades of transportation technology expertise to offer a configurable end-to-end solution to manage drivers hours-of-service and vehicle maintenance compliance, which results in a safer, more profitable operation.

This position, as part of the Client Services team, strategically maintains and develops relationships with customers.  The Customer Service Representative represents the entire range of the company products and services to assigned customers, while leading and being responsible for the customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help on-board new clients and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
  • Improve customer satisfaction by improving responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively and regularly assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Receive incoming phone calls and emails and process the requests with a focus on delivering high quality customer support for our products and services  

Education/Experience

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

This position, as part of the administration team, will support the controller in all areas of accounting and finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities including working with customer and vendor issues.
  • Processes purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepares daily and monthly financial sales records.
  • Will assist in preparing month-end including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department.
  • Support administration of company benefits.
  • Performs administrative duties including filing, copying, ordering supplies, answering incoming calls and other miscellaneous duties.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • One to two years’ previous experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

ISE Fleet Services leverages decades of transportation technology expertise to offer a configurable end-to-end solution to manage drivers hours-of-service and vehicle maintenance compliance, which results in a safer, more profitable operation.

This position is part of the Direct Sales team, which is responsible for meeting sales targets through executing the sales process directly with end user fleets in the trucking and motor coach industries.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize personal knowledge and contacts to effectively sell ISE Fleet Services offerings to trucking and motor coach prospects within assigned territory
  • Meet and exceed quotas
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
  • Maintain and leverage working knowledge of regulatory requirements for the transportation industry
  • Execute all phases of the sales process, including prospecting, discovery, use of web tools for meetings and demonstrations, etc.
  • Attend appropriate trade functions to further the adoption of ISE Fleet Services offerings
  • Manage both the fiscal and production responsibilities of the assigned territory
  • Identify new areas for growth and propose relevant programs and initiatives
  • Provide feedback and reporting to management, including Salesforce.com activities and pipeline
  • Work closely with extended team to negotiate and manage customer commitments and expectations
  • Maintain and extend the reputation for integrity and quality held by ISE

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field from four-year college or university preferred
  • 5 years’ successful experience in a collaborative, accelerating sales organization
  • Transportation experience required with preference to candidates holding regulatory compliance and fleet safety expertise
  • Ability to deliver strong presentations and demos in a professional and impactful manner
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
