As a company, Innovative Software Engineering (ISE) has made a significant contribution to the Iowa City area's economy. It provides a comprehensive suite of custom software services from product planning and strategy to systems engineering, software development and quality assurance.
Since the start of 2011, ISE has added 18 positions at its Coralville location, bringing the total staffing level to 40. Almost all of the company's employees are operating in highly technical engineering roles, helping to retain highly skilled professionals in the state. In addition to growth and professional retention, ISE maintains a consistently high level of interstate commerce with 32 of its revenue generating customers in 2012 being from outside the state.
