A team devoted to your success.

TEAM Logo

Our teams are self-driven and self-guided. They are given the autonomy they need to respond to our clients quickly and efficiently while providing exceptional services and solutions. ISE is considered a TEAM Centered Workplace by ICAD Group, which means that rather than a traditional leadership model where decisions are made top-down, we allow for greater collaboration and employee autonomy, through Trust, Enjoyment, Accountability and Managing the Whole Person.

Though we have scrapped the traditional management team structure, we do have a leadership team with unrivaled experience, commitment and expertise. Take a minute to read their bios below and learn a little more about what they do at ISE.
